Yes, in Batman: Eternal #20, everyone's favorite blonde-Batgirl returned to the DC Universe in her original incarnation, Spoiler!

Alas, Tim Drake/Red Robin is on the other side of the world dealing with another hero wanna-be by the name of Harper Row, aka Bluebird, so that old relationship might take time to rekindle if it does.
